Ordering and Payment

To order your M&E Flute, simple fill out the Order Form and return it along with your check or money order payable to Michael Cronnolly (sorry, no credit cards)

Currency: All Prices are in Euros. You can use a Currency Converter to calculate prices in your currency. Payment in Euros,except US and Canadian customers can send checks in local currency,i.e., you do NOT need to send payment in Euros.

Keys
We have second hand keyless polymer flutes at times, e-mail us if you are interested.

Guarantee and Service: Keyless polymer flutes: If you are the original owner and you are dissatisfied with your flute for any reason, return it to Michael Cronnolly in its original condition for an exchange or full refund.

Keyed and wood flutes: Please contact Michael directly regarding your wood or keyed flute. If your flute is damaged in any way during shipment, or if is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, we will exchange it at no cost to you. In the highly unlikely event that your flute is damaged through use, send us a note describing the damage and we will send you a repair estimate.

We can deliver keyless polymer flutes to the UK in 2 to 3 days and to USA 6 to 8 days depending on post.
